Job description

  • Responsibility for achieving objectives in terms of time, scope, costs and quality
  • Establishing and managing project organisations in a matrix structure
  • Active risk management and exploitation of potential opportunities
  • Management of external partners and suppliers
  • Ensuring lessons learned and experience are integrated into the project
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed technical or aviation-related degree (e.g. aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or project management)
  • Many years of professional experience in project management, engineering and aerospace
  • In-depth experience in risk management and stakeholder management
  • Ideally, experience with agile methods such as Scrum
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel on business trips to other European countries, especially the UK
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
