Job description

  • Support the relevant Teammanger (TMs) in the coordination of the Domains, ensuring a timely execution of the work within cost and quality
  • Establishing a productive and efficient relation with the relevant Center of Competence (CoCs) and its representatives / Integration Managers
  • Coordinate and integrate technical aspects from bid to execution of programs by e.g. generation of the Industrial Statement of Work, Program Plan, Deliverables, Interdependencies, Risks / Exclusions, costing and estimation in close collaboration with PM´s. TM´s and CoC´s
  • Ensure technical coherence/consistency across the Domains
  • Escalate in case of conflict or issues that cannot be resolved across the Domains
  • Contribute actively to the preparation and delivery of ADS GmbH deliverables and ensuring timely delivery or agree formal change
  • Check the workpage outputs / deliverables before release to the Chief Engineers / Program Directors and coordinate the release
  • Support the Chief Engineer for the above activities and reporting, * Completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace or a comparable qualification

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of professional experience in the field of engineering, aerospace and project Management
  • Experience in the aerospace & defence sector is required
  • Experience in Jira and Confluence is needed
  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office, MS-Project and SAP
  • Fluent in English
