For our client Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a Configuration Manager / Change Manager at Airbus for Widebody Fleet Integration at the Hamburg Finkenwerder site, with a strong focus on the A330 and A350 programs. In this responsible role, you will oversee change processes throughout the entire Aircraft Change Process and play a key role in maintaining the competitiveness of the fleet. - Consolidation of decision elements while considering transnational requirements
- Acting as Product Change Leader Contributor or Configuration Management Operational Manager within the ICC-ACP tool
- Organizing and leading meetings in an international project environment
- Performing MOD gap analyses to assess implementation status
- Ensuring implementation of changes with a focus on industrial feasibility and final assembly line requirements
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive professional experience in Configuration Management and Aerospace, as well as several years of experience in Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Stakeholder Management and Electrical Systems
- Good knowledge of project management and process management
- In-depth user experience with the tools ICC, PDMLink and Taksy, Gesy, Tesy
- Confident use of Google Workspace and basic knowledge of ICC-CADB & ICC-ACP
- Business fluent English skills (at least C1) and very good German skills (at least B2), French is a plus
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
