IT Governance Manager in Voll- oder Teilzeit

You will support us in managing IT governance topics across the entire IT organisation in order to leverage our competitive advantage. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an IT governance framework for the 1st line of defense in line with market standards (e.g. Cobit, ITIL, COSO) and with our core service providers for seamless process execution. You provide support and guidance to all IT teams to manage the IT processes considering best practices in conjunction with regulatory requirements. You will develop a comprehensive control framework aligned to the company's Internal Control System (ICS) to address process risks. Excellent reporting and communication skills to all stakeholders, particularly C-level, will be key to your success. Finally, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to be better. We call it the exchange mindset.

• Several years experience in IT covering all IT areas from development to operations
• Experience with IT Governance topics in a bank and/or a commodity environment
• Experience with outsourcing to group companies and external providers
• German and Business English at negotiation level is mandatory
