Job description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to drive a strategic initiative focused on transforming enterprise software engineering with AI-native solutions. You will play a pivotal role in advancing a unified engineering platform that leverages cutting-edge AI technologies, automates software delivery processes, and accelerates innovation across the development lifecycle.

This is your opportunity to lead a skilled Scrum team while remaining hands-on in the code - balancing technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a Scrum team of 4-6 developers/testers, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to client representatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project priorities.
  • Architect and develop AI-enhanced platforms, AI agents, and automation solutions that streamline engineering processes.
  • Design and implement Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for AI integration into software engineering workflows.
  • Mentor team members in best practices, design patterns, clean code, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee software delivery from concept to production, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across both technology and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, especially in a US time-zone collaboration model (~6-hour CET overlap ideal).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership with a consultative mindset - capable of proposing innovations, guiding clients, and explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC Core, WebAPI, React, Node.js
  • Deep knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (especially Azure).
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL (MS SQL, NoSQL, Redis), and architectural patterns like Repository Pattern, Unit of Work.
  • Familiarity with Authentication/Authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
  • Strong skills in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub), testing frameworks (xUnit), and debugging/profiling tools.
  • Solid experience with Postman, Fiddler, Visual Studio, and profiling & static code analysis tools.
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools is a plus - particularly for AI agents, automation, or AI-augmented software engineering.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Security best practices - OWASP, SQLi, XSS, CSRF
  • PowerBI, SSRS, Aspose
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, SQL Database
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, and AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor
  • Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, LangChain, etc. is a bonus.

Benefits & conditions

  • Attractive salary
  • Large freedom and real influence
  • No unhealthy competition, team approach to meeting challenges
  • Remote-first, flexible working culture
  • Company apartments in cool cities across Europe: work and enjoy a memorable getaway
