Job description
- Identify and define UX opportunities through user research, design trends, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and deliver engaging UX/UI concepts from early sketches to polished prototypes, including interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and mockups.
- Present findings, strategies, and design solutions in a clear and cohesive manner.
- Transform technical requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences that enhance usability.
- Collaborate closely with global UX and R&D teams to align design goals with product strategy.
Requirements
We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to shape the next generation of in-vehicle interfaces. This role involves translating research insights and technology trends into innovative, user-centered designs for intelligent cockpit systems., * Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in UX/UI Design, HMI, Product, Industrial, or Multimedia Design.
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in automotive HMI or mobile operating systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design processes and outcomes on real-world or concept projects.
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, After Effects, ProtoPie, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills; fluency in English is essential, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience in building interactive demos and conducting user testing is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for project collaboration and reviews.
