Job description
- Identify and define design opportunities through research on digital aesthetics, UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and competitor analysis.
- Develop design concepts and visual directions using mood boards and design language systems.
- Establish and maintain visual design principles, strategies, and cohesive design language across the product.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, including screen layouts, component libraries, and motion effects aligned with UX specifications.
- Organize and manage the design language for consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with global UX and R&D teams to align design execution with product goals.
Requirements
We are looking for a creative and detail-driven UI Designer to help define and enhance the visual identity of next-generation in-vehicle HMI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, a deep understanding of digital interface design, and the ability to translate complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly visuals., * Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in UI/UX, Multimedia, Industrial, or Visual Design.
- 5+ years' experience in UI or visual design for automotive, mobile, or other advanced digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting UI visuals from concept to implementation.
- Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and interactive prototyping tools; strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Experience creating motion effects or micro-animations for digital interfaces.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally for design reviews and collaboration.
