Requirements
Do you have experience in UI?, * SAP CRM Consultant with at least 4 years of experience in handling CRM related developments with various custom requirements and validations
- Candidate should understand read write speak German language
- SAP CRM system handles core customer service activities including logging and processing of all service interactions through phone email chat and webform channels Also covers customer onboarding ODDKYCAML for POS and ECOM and SAP CRM data is used for reporting in many different areas
- SAP C4C is used for core sales activities including account and contact management lead management opportunity management and contract management across Bus Data is also used for reporting within the organization
- SAP CCIS is the Master DATA CRM system used for more than 80 of onboardings in DACH

- Good experience in CRM WEB UI Application Enhancement tool AET Worked on BOL Programming
