Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Frontend Engineer, specialising in frontend architecture, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable, high-performance web application that delivers exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in React.js, state management with MobX, and frontend performance optimization will be crucial in building applications that cater to millions of users., * You will architect and develop a scalable and high-performing web application using React.js and TypeScript.
- You will effectively manage the application state, ensuring responsive and efficient user interfaces with MobX.
- You will own your work from A to Z: collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend components with backend services, implementation of design specs, plan workload, communicate risks, analyse the product design complexity
- You will optimize web application performance, focusing on rendering speed and runtime efficiency.
- You will leverage state-of-the-art AI-based tooling to automated the manual, repetitive, and mindless, so that you can focus on the meaty problems., * Take-home assignment (duration varies by role) and live review with the team (45min)

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * You have proven experience in architecting and developing large-scale web applications, like SaaS platforms that have scaled to millions of users and/or 10s of developers.
- You have in-depth knowledge of React.js and state management using MobX or good knowledge of the observer pattern.
- You know how to leverage AI tooling to work faster without compromising quality.
- You have good communication skills: you don't hesitate to reach out to the relevant stakeholders to gather the right information, and you know how to showcase your work.
- You are autonomous, pragmatic & favor speed of iteration over perfection. You believe that fast iteration is the best way to learn.
