Our colleague Daniel von Thun is looking for you to join his team as: Salesforce Technical Consultant (m/f/d) IT Sales Solutions Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing Join our Sales Solution Team, where we drive and support the entire end-to-end sales process through cutting-edge platforms like Salesforce and MuleSoft. - Be part of a team transforming SPORTFIVE into the most data-driven agency in the sports business by leveraging the Salesforce platform and related technologies
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and demand managers to clarify technical requirements and contribute to solution design
- Analyze and implement technical solutions, including customization, testing, and concept development
- Create user documentation and training materials and support business owners during training sessions
- Empower the user support team with tools and guidance for basic Salesforce support, while handling escalated issues, system monitoring, and mass data management
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * A degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent training, along with solid experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
- Strong understanding of operational processes in sales, marketing, and/or customer service, paired with a high IT affinity and analytical mindset
- Proven problem-solving skills, team spirit, and ideally experience in project management
- Salesforce certifications (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud) and a high Trailhead rating are considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a genuine passion for sports, entertainment, and the global sports business, For us, people and potential come first.
