Job description

At Sportradar, as a global leader in sports technology, we power insights and experiences for leagues, media partners, and sports fans worldwide. Behind the scenes, Salesforce is one of our key platforms, and we're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help us elevate it to the next level. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Salesforce ecosystem, maintaining a robust production environment while driving new feature implementations that align closely with the needs of our business and users.

Your day-to-day will focus on improving user experience and operational efficiency through Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools. You'll support Sales Operations by maintaining data quality and consistency, and by scripting basic tests to ensure platform stability.

You'll work directly with end users to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and make Salesforce more intuitive and reliable.

You'll also help coordinate deployments across development and production environments, ensuring clean releases and smooth collaboration with Salesforce Engineers and other stakeholders.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex sales and process requirements into actionable and scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Build and maintain, test and deploy using declarative tools
  • Perform data management tasks, including data uploads and data cleansing
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices, including governor limits, code style, and deployment standards.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and user experience.
  • Enhance Salesforce automations, reporting, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and process visibility
  • Support user with their daily challenges in a complex Salesforce environment

Requirements

  • Salesforce Admin with strong experience in Sales Cloud - from managing Leads, Opportunities, and Contracts to building automations (flows, validation rules, approval processes) that scale reliably within Salesforce limits.
  • Expertise in declarative automation, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow
  • Understanding basics of Salesforce architecture, including security, permission sets, data models, and role hierarchies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • You have a structured, analytical mindset and love untangling complex workflows into elegant, scalable solutions

PreferredSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder). Additional Information
