Technical Program Manager

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering and product teams from concept to delivery.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers to ensure smooth execution
• Track, analyze, and interpret product and business metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
• Coordinate releases and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Clarify business requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks
• Analyze system flows, APIs, and data to ensure end-to-end consistency.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-structured backlog
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to validate business logic and integrations
• Support production troubleshooting by investigating data and logic issues

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experienced in managing technical programs in Agile/Scrum environments.

• A natural problem-solver and communicator who thrives in collaborative settings.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and driving projects to successful outcomes., * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager in software development.
• Experience in building and managing high-load, transaction-heavy systems.
• Familiarity with modern software architecture approaches, such as microservices, event-driven design, or scalable distributed systems.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written) at B2 level or higher.
