Job description

  • Ensure data collection and input into Winrest is consistent with Group standards.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop field actions to improve data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct working meetings and regular field visits to ensure accurate data collection and address inconsistencies.
  • Ensure data integrity is aligned with the global strategy defined by the Managing Director.

ERP System Management

  • Oversee ERP system (Winrest) usage and provide training to ensure all teams are proficient in using the system.
  • Ensure ERP data is accurate on an ongoing basis and address any issues with data inputs.
  • Support the digital transformation of the company and lead the deployment of action plans within the IT department.
  • Manage the IT team and ensure compliance with Newrest's Digital, IT, and Security guidelines.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Create value-added reports and visualizations using SSRS, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to optimize processes and support operational performance.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report regularly to the Director General.

Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate current data practices and propose enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Group guidelines.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making based on data insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP or data-related issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SSRS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Full time internship from Monday untill Friday

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field (minimum Higher Technical level).
  • 2-5 years of experience in data coordination, ERP system management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Experience in data analysis and developing reports and dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to teach and mentor teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced English required.
  • Availability to travel.
