Job description
As a Data Business Analyst at Westwing, you will transform data into insights that drive our operational decision-making. You'll connect technical data solutions with business needs, supporting teams across Demand Planning, Supply Chain, IBP & Forecasting, Warehouse, and Logistics. Your work will shape how we measure performance, optimise processes, and scale our reporting frameworks. This position is permanent and based in Munich., * understand operational challenges across Demand Planning, Supply Chain, IBP & Forecasting, Warehouse, and Logistics, and translate them into analytical solutions
- design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines using SQL, Git, and dbt, and leverage Tableau/Power BI for reporting and visualisation
- create intuitive dashboards and KPIs to monitor and improve operational performance
- partner with stakeholders to ensure data consistency, quality, and alignment across functions
- support and challenge the business by providing insights that drive process efficiency and strategic decision-making
- contribute to key initiatives, including migrating from the current system to a new data platform, developing new reports to improve efficiency and data flow, and establishing a clean, consistent, and scalable reporting framework for Operations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 3+ years of experience in data analytics (ideally Operations/Supply Chain)
- strong skills in SQL, Git, dbt, and data modeling, as well as experience in data visualisation (Tableau/PowerBI)
- the ability to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders
- a proactive, structured, and impact-oriented mindset
- e-commerce and warehouse operations experience is a plus
- fluency in English; German or Polish is an advantage
