Job description
As a member of our Community team, you will work on enhancing user engagement through community-focused features such as comments, reactions, polls and posting in the app. Your responsibilities will include supporting and developing features that align with our Community strategy, ensuring system stability and optimal performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and propose innovative solutions.
Your primary tasks will involve building and maintaining high-quality community features, driving team deliverables, and ensuring robust code quality to create a seamless user experience.

In this position, you will be a part of a small yet ambitious mobile development team of talented professionals. The team is fully responsible for the whole process, from refining requirements to the architecture, releases, testing, development, and maintenance of solutions.
Your main priority in this role is to create and implement new features which you do in collaboration with a bunch of talented people in a cross-functional squad. Furthermore, you will participate in the migration to new architecture and fully native application development., * Up to six months of fully paid parental leave (up to 6 months) for all new parents - no matter your gender and no matter where in the world you live.

- For this position salary starts from 5000 EUR (gross) depending on your experience if located in Lithuania
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS development?, We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for mobile applications and mobile development. You're curious by nature - when you hit something you don't know, you lean in, explore and learn fast. You take ownership, enjoy the ride and make it a fun one for those around you. In more detail, you would succeed easier in this role if you:
- Have at least 3 - 5 years of iOS (Swift) development experience in production
- Have an understanding of iOS design principles and interface guidelines
- Have experience with iOS (swift)
- Have experience with UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine and Swift Concurrency.
- Are willing to focus on Audio API, Casting (or have some knowledge in AVPlayer)
- Have good skills of communication in English
- Have passion for mobile apps development
- Want to build the next big tech!
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
