Job description
As a member of our Community team, you will work on enhancing user engagement through community-focused features such as comments, reactions, polls and posting in the app. Your responsibilities will include supporting and developing features that align with our Community strategy, ensuring system stability and optimal performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and propose innovative solutions.
Your primary tasks will involve building and maintaining high-quality community features, driving team deliverables, and ensuring robust code quality to create a seamless user experience., * Participating in the design discussion with the rest of the cross-functional team (Product Managers, designers, other developers, and UX researchers) to improve and expand the community experience, * Up to six months of fully paid parental leave (up to 6 months) for all new parents - no matter your gender and where in the world you live.

Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS development?, * Having experience in community-related features such as comment sections, reactions and polls is a plus, We are looking for a colleague, who is passionate about podcasts and audio content, as well as understands the concepts of working in a startup environment to make it a fun ride. In more detail, you would succeed more easily in this role if you have:
- 3 - 5 years of Android (Kotlin) experience in production
- A good understanding of the Android lifecycle - Activities, Fragments, Services
- An experience with modern Android UI-based architecture using Jetpack Compose
- An understanding of the need for writing unit tests
- An understanding of the benefit of feature toggles and A/B testing
- Solid English not only for coding but also for communication
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability over not only the Community domain, but the product in general
- A willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working
- A strong passion for mobile applications and mobile development
- Team-focused attitude
- An experience working with GraphQL is a plus
