Job description
- You elaborate solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications
- You coordinate developments provided by internal and external partners, including quality checks and testing
- You autonomously customize SAP SD/CS
- You create technical documentation of system setups
- You support global implementation projects of process and system standards, including user trainings
- You provide third-level system support for global users, including quality management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software development, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in solution architecture
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Expertise in creating architecture deliverables for both waterfall and agile projects
- Experience in SAP SD, advanced knowledge in SAP Customer Service Management
- Fluent in English business level
