gTech Ads Large Customer Sales (LCS) Tech team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Ads LCS Tech team helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.
As a Solutions Architect (SA), you will create an excellent experience for Google's Ads clients by being accountable for gTech service delivery and enabling sales objectives for particular product area. You will serve as a unified service partner who designs and delivers gTech Ads LCS solution and services.

Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure our customers benefit from the full potential of Google products., * Advise Google's Ads clients by understanding how search, SA360 and bidding solutions can address their business issues by acting as a collaborative and thought partner, architecting solutions and services plans to accomplish their goals, and effectively delivering on technical global projects.
- Discover customer needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly issues/goals in collaboration with sales, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and securing executive client buy-in.
- Participate in ideation and design of a joint services plan by aligning solutions to client focus areas. Unlock new opportunities for growth by scoping projects.
- Deliver services and solutions working closely with other gTech Ads execution teams in region and media solutions.
- Conduct regular debriefs with clients and sales teams, gathering insights on clients business objectives.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in online advertising technology, online measurement, search and SA360 products, data integration and cloud technologies.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support stakeholders in this region., * Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- Experience in building proof-of-concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of key trends and business issues related to digital.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent relationship building, relationship management, stakeholder management and Influencing skills.
