Your tasks:

  • 1st level system and user support for our IT systems.
  • Expanding the integration and management of external service providers.
  • Organisation of configuration management.
  • Further development of processes in the service desk.
  • Management of desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Onboarding/offboarding of users.
  • Identity and access management.
  • Purchasing IT hardware, software and services.
  • Planning and administration of software licences.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project planning?, * Completed degree or training in IT or a similar technical/scientific field.

  • At least three years' professional experience in IT, ideally in service operations.
  • Talent for designing, rolling out and operating IT solutions.
  • Experience in planning and implementing IT projects
  • Confidence in managing contractors.
  • Practical knowledge of PowerShell, Windows Server, Azure, AD, Intune, Exchange and ITIL.
  • Quick comprehension and strong customer focus in service operations.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English.
