Job description

Responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing the integration, verification, and validation (V&V) strategy for complex multi-domain systems (space, ground, and user segments), ensuring that all system components-developed in-house or by subcontractors-are tested and integrated according to project requirements, quality standards, and performance criteria., * Define the overall test and verification strategy across system domains (space, ground, user, core)

  • Develop test plans, verification matrices, and integration roadmaps
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification results
  • Manage integration strategy for system components from subcontractors and internal teams
  • Oversee system-level tests (functional, performance, environmental, security)
  • Prepare verification reports and contribute to system qualification and acceptance
  • Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Represent the V&V function in internal and external reviews, including audits

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in test and verification of complex systems, preferably in aerospace, defense, or critical infrastructure domains
  • Proven experience in managing multi-partner or subcontractor integration and verification environments
  • Strong knowledge of system engineering processes, V-model, and requirement-based testing
  • Experience with V&V and integration management tools (e.g., DOORS, TestRail, JIRA) and test automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with hardware/software integration, simulation environments, and test benches
  • Understanding of relevant standards (e.g., ECSS, ISO, DO-178C, MIL-STD) and regulatory compliance
  • ISTQB Certified Test Manager or similar certifications a plus
