Strong communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity (ISO 22301) and familiarity with process related to Business impact assessment and Disaster recovery concepts (RTO, RPO, MTPD, MSA etc.)

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and recovery processes.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience with process management tools such as Adonis , Service Now.

Proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and Strong skills in presentation and documentation (PowerpointPowerPoint).
