SAP S/4HANA Engineer (Basis) Specialist - Sovereign Cloud Delivery Germany

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Engineer (Basis) Specialists who will manage the daily cloud operations of our Sovereign Cloud offering. You will work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications. You have strong technical knowledge of SAP systems and databases. Additional responsibilities include managing periodic maintenance activities, refreshes, patching, and upgrades.

The role includes the following tasks:

• Design, implement, monitor, maintain and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems for SAP Sovereign Cloud in Germany.
• Setup of a multi-system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies.
• Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations.
• Continuous improvement of implementation documentation
• Partner with engineering team to design and enhance the cloud operation processes, Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec. Do you have experience in Windows?, * A minimum of 1-2 years of SAP experience with focus on SAP S/4HANA

• Experience in implementation, upgrade and support of SAP S/4HANA systems
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
• Involved in planning and testing of the DR
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Implementation, upgrade and support of the latest SAP systems versions, running on Windows/Linux OS and HANA, etc.
• A willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties and flexibility to work in shifts is required, ensuring consistent coverage and support. The role includes an attractive remuneration package for shift work and on-call duties
• Commitment to maintaining daily office presence for efficient team collaboration

• Good knowledge of AWS/Azure and GCP
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible
