• Bearbeitung von Tickets im First- und Second-Level-Support für Applikationsfragen und -fehler
• Analyse und Behebung applikationsbezogener Störungen - praxisnah und lösungsorientiert
• Kommunikation mit und Unterstützung des 3rd-Level-Supports bei komplexeren Fällen
• Auswertung von Logdateien und Datenbankabfragen zur Fehlersuche und Ursachenanalyse
• Erfassung und Qualifizierung von Änderungswünschen der Anwender:innen
• Anleitung und Unterstützung der Anwender:innen in Programmfunktionen und Workflows

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder als Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r
• Erste Erfahrung im Support oder in einer anderen kundenorientierten Aufgabe
• Grundlegendes IT-technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in Softwareanwendungen einzuarbeiten und auf dieser Basis Kund:innen erfolgreich zu beraten
• Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Von Vorteil: Erfahrung im medizinisch/radiologischen Umfeld und Kenntnisse der Telematik-Infrastruktur
