The Role: As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a critical role in both developing and refining software solutions that are central to our business objectives. This position offers a clear pathway to advancing into a Chief Software Architect / Engineer role, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and leadership.
Your Path to Impact
Short Term:
- Design and implement innovative software programs and systems that meet strategic business needs.
- Engage in all phases of software development from concept through deployment and support.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Maintain and improve existing software, incorporating user feedback to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with overall business strategy.
Long Term:
- Assume responsibility for identifying and resolving system-wide challenges and inefficiencies.
- Lead the planning and implementation of new software projects, ensuring they align with long-term strategic goals.
- Enhance software architecture and infrastructure to support scalable and sustainable growth.
- Uphold high standards of software quality and reliability across all projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in full stack development including proficiency in Python, Java, C++, AngularJS, and Git.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and multithreading.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
