Solutions Engineer

• Provide technical guidance to clients on the most optimized integration path and assist in solution discussions to help them understand the value proposition
• Communicate product features and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Assist with customer facing, technical documentation such as product specifications and client best practices
• Review and test client implementations and troubleshoot potential problems
• Analyze and review data to make technical recommendations for increased yield
• Work with our Publisher Success team to resolve customer issues and streamline onboarding

• Highly detail-oriented work ethic
• 2+ years of experience in the AdTech space
• 2+ years of experience with GAM
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc., * Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal established processes and oversight.
• Know when to take initiative and is willing to take ownership of solving problems.
• Should possess a strong technical aptitude and be proficient in using Chrome DevTools to debug issues
• Be able to adapt to new technical responsibilities as the company evolves.
• Be fantastic at making others better - whether as a manager or colleague, you naturally work to make those around you more effective.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication and follow through - nothing falls through the cracks.
• Have familiarity collaborating with product teams and facilitating new product feature rollouts.
