Job description
- Provide technical guidance to clients on the most optimized integration path and assist in solution discussions to help them understand the value proposition
- Communicate product features and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Assist with customer facing, technical documentation such as product specifications and client best practices
- Review and test client implementations and troubleshoot potential problems
- Analyze and review data to make technical recommendations for increased yield
- Work with our Publisher Success team to resolve customer issues and streamline onboarding
Requirements
- Highly detail-oriented work ethic
- 2+ years of experience in the AdTech space
- 2+ years of experience with GAM
- Experience working with HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc., * Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal established processes and oversight.
- Know when to take initiative and is willing to take ownership of solving problems.
- Should possess a strong technical aptitude and be proficient in using Chrome DevTools to debug issues
- Be able to adapt to new technical responsibilities as the company evolves.
- Be fantastic at making others better - whether as a manager or colleague, you naturally work to make those around you more effective.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and follow through - nothing falls through the cracks.
- Have familiarity collaborating with product teams and facilitating new product feature rollouts.
It's awesome if you have
- Experience working with publisher-facing integrations or AdOps
- Knowledge of publisher monetization / yield management
