Job description

  • Ensuring that the product vision is clearly communicated to the development team
  • Managing the product backlog, adding, prioritizing, and refining user stories
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporating feedback into the product backlog
  • Leading the Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensuring that the development team is delivering high-quality products in a timely manner
  • Monitoring the progress of development and communicating any issues or concerns to the Product Owner and to our team
  • Reporting progress status on a regular basis to the Portfolio Manager
  • Supporting the Demand manager in demand formalization
  • Contributing to preparation & providing additional context on demands during Cluster priority backlog meetings, * Completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

Requirements

  • More than three years of professional experience in the field of Stakeholder Management
  • More than one Lear of professional experience in the field of Product development
  • Very good knowledge of Agile methods
  • Good knowledge in project Management
  • Good knowledge of Java, Python and SQL
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English and German
