Job description
- Leading B2B implementation on Salesforce B2B Commerce and related solutions.
- Acting as the go-to expert for B2B topics across product, business, and technical teams.
- Gathering and qualifying enhancement requests, aligning them with cross-application strategy.
- Driving problem management to improve user experience.
- Translating business requirements into clear Epics and User Stories.
- Writing and validating user stories with technical teams and local stakeholders.
- Contributes actively to Operational excellence: facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis, support L3 on problem solving
Requirements
- +5 years as a Project Manager/Product Owner
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally within FMCG.
- Ability to write clear, actionable user stories and functional designs.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
