Data Scientist

• Partner with product teams to define metrics, track performance, and support data-informed prioritization.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impact and user behavior.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and reports that make performance transparent and measurable.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven analyses.
• Collaborate with engineers to build production-grade analytical and optimization models.
• Support the evolution of our smart charging and pricing intelligence, integrating models into operational workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, empowering teams to act on insights.

Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Proficiency in SQL (e.g. BigQuery, PostgreSQL) for analyzing large datasets.

• Strong skills in Python for data analysis, modeling, and writing maintainable, production-quality code.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and experiment design.
• Experience analyzing user behavior data to support product and business decisions.
• Ability to structure complex business problems into clear analytical workflows.
• Strong communication skills - you can explain insights and trade-offs to non-technical teammates.
• Fluency in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with time series analysis, forecasting, or energy-related datasets.
• Exposure to optimization modeling, causal inference, or anomaly detection.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data infrastructure (Azure, GCP).
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (with PMs, engineers, designers).
