Job description

As a Network Service Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing network services across terrestrial, non-terrestrial, and space-ground integrated infrastructures. You will ensure that services are delivered reliably, securely, and meet customer expectations, working closely with internal teams and subcontractors to drive continuous service improvement., * Design network services across various infrastructures, including connectivity, routing, security, and data transport.

  • Define service delivery models tailored to mission requirements, operational constraints, and user environments.
  • Plan and execute the deployment of network services, including management and control functions.
  • Optimize service performance focusing on availability, reliability, latency, and user experience.
  • Coordinate subcontractors for service provisioning, edge integration, and infrastructure deployment.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives in network service evolution, including cloud-native architectures and edge computing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in network service management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of network architectures (IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, 5G/NTN), service provisioning, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, NetAct) and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, service lifecycle management, and SLA frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
