For our Operations Bioprocess Solutions department within Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH, we are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant | Manufacturing (x|f|m) in full-time at our headquarters in Goettingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely. As a Digital Transformation Consultant | Manufacturing (x|f|m), you take on end-to-end responsibility for the transformation and see the results of your work directly within the company. You bring your consulting expertise to the newly formed task force to effect sustainable, measurable changes and play a key role in shaping the 'Factory of the Future'.

- By utilizing digitalization, automation, robotics, and AI, actively contribute to the optimization of our production processes
- Integrate 'Best Practices' from consulting, digital transformation, and operations into our structures with the goal of ensuring and enhancing the efficiency, quality, and transparency of our production processes
- As an advisory entity for executives, drive the effective translation of digital opportunities and technical solutions into operational and strategic decisions
- Develop sound business cases, clarify value creation, and promote stakeholder alignment ensuring commitment and the successful implementation of initiatives
- Drive initiatives forward and ensure tangible results as Digital Transformation Consultant | Manufacturing (x|f|m)

Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * A successfully completed PhD or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in consulting with a focus on digital transformation, process optimization, or manufacturing excellence, particularly in large-scale global manufacturing processes
- With an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leading digital, automated, or AI-driven initiatives from conception to implementation
- Throughout strong communication skills and convincing presence, enabled to effectively align various stakeholder groups around common goals
- Characterized by a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with a focus on implementation and measurable impact
- Business fluent in English, German will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel globally (up to 50%)
