Job description
The perfect candidate is a pragmatic, hands-on, analytic, technical leader, being able to deliver regional APV products and facilitating the delivery of AP global products against competitive costs, either through internal or external resources. Ensure high performance, quality and added value of products that satisfy business needs.
Expected outcomes: Business grows by providing strategic solutions. Applications cost reduction by designing them in the right way. Customer satisfaction and business agility improves. Business results are optimized through digitalization and precise allocation of global AP and regional APV resources into digital products and initiatives hereby achieving highest business value and Return on Investment.
Note that the Global products teams include both business and IT representatives and covers DevOps (development and operations). The global product teams not only provide services to APV but also other BASF business units., * Understand requirements and ensure the product owners prioritize them
- Negotiate release plans and rollout priorities in alignment with global product leadership
- Track implementation and prerequisites such as end-to-end business processes, data availability, and correctness are in place.
- Promote the adoption and acceptance of global AP products provided, while also addressing the APV business needs towards the global AP product teams.
- Motivate the APV products owners to utilize the global AP guidelines and standards.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators and qualitative value contributors of digital solutions and translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous Internal improvement.
- Develop and execute the roll out in line with delivery leads for global AP products.
- Develop and execute the roll out in line with Hub-resources and internal or external resources for "APV only" products.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project coordination?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University or bachelor's degree in information systems.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in project coordination, IT solutioning, stakeholder management, and digital product implementation.
- Competence to evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Experience in workshop facilitation and senior-level reporting.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar collaboration platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English; German and Dutch language skills are an advantage.
