The person will be responsible for architecting scalable agent frameworks and solutions that interact with users, systems, and data to perform complex tasks with minimal human intervention., * Framework Design: Take the lead in the design and creation of an enterprise-wide agentic framework, unifying existing fragments of agentic technologies into a coherent enterprise-wide framework that will enable scalable deployment, governance, and interoperability of intelligent agents across the organization.
- Architect AI Agent Systems: Design modular, scalable, and secure capabilities for AI agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously across diverse environments.
- Integrate Multi-Modal Capabilities: Enable agents to process and respond to text, voice, image, and structured data inputs.
- Workflow Orchestration: Develop agent workflows that integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to automate tasks and decision-making across our pro-code and low-code enterprise platforms.
- Tool Use & Memory Design: Implement agent memory, context retention, and tool-use capabilities for long-term task execution and adaptability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with ML engineers, software developers, product managers, and UX designers to align agent capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure Ethical AI Practices: Embed safety, fairness, and transparency into agent design and deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize agent performance, latency, and reliability in production environments.
