The opportunity
Right now, we are looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud - Lead Solution Architect to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Oracle products.
Your key responsibilities
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud - Lead Solution Architect, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities. These will include pre-sales activities such as presenting the product and its potential to the client, developing the solution concept, and engaging with stakeholders. You will also manage the implementation process in subsequent phases. A proactive, people-oriented, and solution-focused approach will be essential in this role. Here you find a more exhaustive list:
- Run client design reviews and discussions from offering to actual delivery
- Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements against General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Take responsibility for the delivery, driving the projects as an owner
- Interpret functional requirements from onsite and deliver and design them from offshore
- Oversee requirements gathering and documentation using AIM/OUM or other prescribed methodologies
- Design module-specific solutions in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion
- Handle Solution Design / Functional Fit-Gap / Training / Testing sessions
- Assist business users during CRPs / SITs / UATs
- Prepare test scripts and test cases
- Conduct training sessions
- Lead a team of technical or functional consultants working on various projects
- Manage a team of experts in the long run, having a vision for developing the people
Requirements
At least 10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP fusion finance (or the previous products)
- Experience in a key client-facing delivery role
- Led at least 4 full life cycle implementations in Fusion finance modules
- Managed a team of technical people in the described area
- A master´s degree in finance or equivalent education
Ideally, you´ll also have
- German or French skills
- MBA / CA / CMA / CFA qualifications
