About the role We're looking for a Tableau BI Consultant with strong analytical, communication, and visualization skills to design and deliver data-driven insights that empower business decisions. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient Tableau solutions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and performance in every dashboard. This role requires a hands-on professional with a proactive mindset - someone who can take ownership of the full BI development cycle, from understanding business needs to building impactful visual stories using SQL and Tableau. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards and reports that drive decision-making. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources. Ensure data integrity, consistency

and performance across all visualizations. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on BI best practices, data modeling, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, and project managers) to ensure smooth data integration and delivery. Support continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and streamlining reporting processes. Requirements Basics: 5+ years of experience working in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles. Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard design, calculations, parameters, and performance optimization. Proficiency in SQL - able to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English with clear pronunciation and diction; able to interact directly with business users to gather requirements. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions independently. Experience ensuring data quality and consistency across different data sources. Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
