Overview
IAM & SailPoint Engineer role at BNP Paribas CIB. We are looking for an Operational Security Engineer to provide functional support to deploy ARM, assist ITG application owners with rights modelling on MyAccess (Access Right Management tool), and act as the interface between asset owners and the technical team. Responsibilities
- Daily support to ITG application owners to deploy their rights on the ARM tool.
- Respond to RTS or SNOW ticketing regarding standard requests.
- Respond to RTS or SNOW ticketing regarding user incidents.
- Analyze and propose non-standard requests with support from the Expertise Team.
- Analyze and correct anomalies and inconsistencies reported by users.
- Ensure the data quality of the rights catalogue.
- Communicate about services events (Incident, Change).
- Maintain and update documentation (training materials and user guides).
- Manage the certification campaign.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Languages: High level English (written and spoken). French speaking appreciated.
- Technical: SailPoint IdentityIQ is a plus.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in IAM (Access Right Management) with knowledge in Segregation of Duties (SOD), business roles, workflows management, reviews and certifications.
- Transversal & Behavioral: Proactive in helping owners of applications, good security practices familiarity, ability to communicate clearly, strong analytical skills, rigor, curiosity, autonomy, teamwork, and the ability to formalize needs and write synthesis documents.
