Business Strategy: Lead the Cyber-Threat Exposure Management portfolio, including the Products and Services team and the coordination of key areas such as Technology and Operations, Sales and Engineering, in every Telefónica Tech country. A high level of seniority, multidisciplinary management and multi-cultural engagement tasks are required. You will coordinate your team to:

Define business and technical strategy for products that enhance Telefonica's sustainability in the value chain.

Technical value chain analysis to identify and protect critical responsibilities for Telefonica.

Establish prioritization strategy for our products based on market sizing / potential growth analysis.

Incubate capabilities for transformation of designated verticals.

Define business case for internal products.

Prepare materials to present to C-level inside Telefonica and towards clients.

Business development to sign strategic partners to complement our value proposition.

Support consultative sales to end clients for our products: financial impact sizing, process re-engineering, business transformation.

Expand the CTEM strategy to integrate new products and services such as Attack Surface Management, Automated Security Validation and Breach & Attack Simulation as part of the portfolio.

Lead internal evangelization efforts to position CTEM as a core pillar of Telefónica's cybersecurity approach.

Develop industry thought leadership by creating white papers, participating in industry events, and driving content marketing related to CTEM innovations.

Product & Service Management: Deliver a predictable Products & Services roadmap in Cyber-Threat Exposure Management. Technology & Operations, Sales and Engineering in every Telefonica Tech market demand from you the capacity of delivering in a predictable manner the value proposition, offering and quotation tools, functional requirements and high-level service definition. The credibility of our growth in Cyber-Threat Exposure Management depends on this leading position and its capability of delivering and coordinating all the elements of the commercial proposal. You will coordinate your team to:

Define product value proposition based on user needs (both clients and company users) and market trends.

Plan, perform and analyze user research to gather insights and design meaningful products that meet user needs and our value proposition.

Design customer journey for services in order to identify client pains in current process and generate service improvement opportunities.

Design service blueprints that involve multiple stakeholders to identify internal pains in current process and generate commercial and operative improvements in the service.

Define go to market strategies including the materials needed such as sales collaterals, sales and other marketing materials.

Help design teams to generate an improved user experience for client by defining user flows and wireframes.

Prioritize User Stories in the different releases of the product taking into account the company strategy, client needs and development difficulty.

Lead the Cyber-Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) portfolio ensuring that value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategies maximize market impact.

Enhance integration between CTEM services and the other services of the SOC to deliver a holistic cyber-resilience strategy.

Requirements
- +12 years of experience in strategy / business consulting company with demonstrated top performance (Telecom & Technology projects will be valued).
- Deep understanding of CTEM market trends, emerging threats, and risk management frameworks.
- Cyber-Threat Exposure Management Technical knowledge: Threat Intel, Digital Risk, Pentesting, Red Teaming, Purple teaming, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, Breach Attack Simulation, Automated Security Validation.
- Experience in startups will be valued.
- Experience in cybersecurity engineering, technical or operations, and product management roles will be valued.
- Experience in financial and business modelling will be valued.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives with a strong focus on threat intelligence, risk management and vulnerability assessment.
- Track record of successfully defining and launching new cybersecurity services in a B2B environment.
- Engineering or MBA.
- Master in Cybersecurity will be highly valued.
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CTEM, SANS CTI) will be highly valued.
Preferred Qualification: +10 years in Cybersecurity, +5 years in Threat Intelligence and Risk-based vulnerability management.
Languages: English B2+
