Requirements

Experience in Software Engineering, preferably with Salesforce or similar platforms.
Hands-on development working experience in Salesforce (including Salesforce administration skills and platform enhancement using additional Salesforce products such as Own).
Hands-on working experience in Salesforce ecosystem configuration (particularly Salesforce Service Cloud) within a financial services context.
Basic understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce administration).
Apex and Lightning coding knowledge
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
High level of English, both spoken and written
Strong motivation to learn and develop engineering skills Desirable Skills:
Mulesoft Expertise: Hands-on experience with Mulesoft (Anypoint), including environment management and administration.
Extended Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with Salesforce marketplace plugins and platform management tools (., Copado).
Industry & Certifications: Experience in financial services and relevant Salesforce/Mulesoft Trailhead certifications.
Cloud & Modern Practices: Understanding of GCP PaaS (Cloud Build, Cloud Run), system design principles, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing).
Tech Stack Exposure: Experience with technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft/Anypoint, OWN, Copado, Java, GitHub, Fossa, SonarQube, Cycode, and 42Crunch.
