- Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog management (refinement, sizing, prioritization).
- Hands-on Development:
- Write clean, maintainable Apex code (classes, triggers) and build custom Lightning UIs (pages, LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs.
- Ensure best practices, code documentation, and comprehensive test coverage.
- Quality & Deployment: Support testing and deployment for high-quality, compliant releases.
- Strategic Alignment: Work with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives and ensure security/audit compliance.
- Team Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and diverse team environment.
Requirements
- Experience in Software Engineering, preferably with Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Hands-on development working experience in Salesforce (including Salesforce administration skills and platform enhancement using additional Salesforce products such as Own).
- Hands-on working experience in Salesforce ecosystem configuration (particularly Salesforce Service Cloud) within a financial services context.
- Basic understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce administration).
- Apex and Lightning coding knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- High level of English, both spoken and written
- Strong motivation to learn and develop engineering skills
Desirable Skills
- Mulesoft Expertise: Hands-on experience with Mulesoft (Anypoint), including environment management and administration.
- Extended Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with Salesforce marketplace plugins and platform management tools (e.g., Copado).
- Industry & Certifications: Experience in financial services and relevant Salesforce/Mulesoft Trailhead certifications.
- Cloud & Modern Practices: Understanding of GCP PaaS (Cloud Build, Cloud Run), system design principles, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing).
- Tech Stack Exposure: Experience with technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft/Anypoint, OWN, Copado, Java, GitHub, Fossa, SonarQube, Cycode, and 42Crunch.
