Product Owner Insurance Position : Product Owner AI Solutions Insurance Sector Location : Barcelona Sea Towers (Hybrid : 1 2 days onsite, rest remote) Seniority Level : Product Owner Sector : Insurance Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to lead the implementation of AI tools and automation solutions focused on Voicebot and Chatbot technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the insurance sector, and a strong background in managing AI-driven projects and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and evolution of AI-based products such as Voicebots and Chatbots, ensuring they meet business and user needs. Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and external suppliers. Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint goals in collaboration with Agile teams. Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure seamless coordination with external vendors and manage partner relationships effectively. Monitor and evaluate product performance and suggest enhancements. Maintain product documentation in Confluence and oversee project tracking using Jira. Required Skills Experience 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably on AI projects. Strong background in Voicebot / Chatbot solutions or other AI-based platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendor relationships. Proficiency with Jira for Agile project tracking and Confluence for documentation. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
