Senior Data Scientist

Mission: As a Data Scientist, you will drive strategic decision-making through the generation of actionable insights, the development of advanced data science models, and the implementation of AI agents that create value for the business., * Collect, clean, and transform large volumes of data from multiple sources.

• Design, train, and optimize predictive, explanatory, and advanced AI models.
• Develop intelligent agents for process automation and business support.
• Communicate complex results clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product, IT, and business teams to translate needs into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security in all projects.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Scientist or similar roles.
• Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and deep learning (AI experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Spark.
• Experience in data visualization with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Ability to understand business contexts and translate them into data solutions.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
• Experience working in collaborative environments and with agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
