SAP Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance (FI/CO) Manager to join a global consulting organization. You will lead engagements focused on designing and delivering SAP-enabled finance transformation solutions. This role offers the chance to work with international clients across industries, helping them optimize core finance processes and unlock the power of digital technologies., * Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions within S/4HANA and related SAP platforms.

• Manage project teams and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Translate finance and controlling business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, supporting team development and knowledge growth., We are looking for a Senior Manager in SAP Finance (FI/CO) to lead large-scale finance transformation programs for leading organizations. In this strategic role, you will drive business growth, oversee complex program delivery, and advise senior executives on their finance transformation journeys., * Lead large SAP-enabled finance transformation projects, from strategy and design through execution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Drive business development: identify opportunities, design solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams to ensure excellence and measurable client value.
• Shape and grow the SAP Finance practice by mentoring consultants and building new capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
• 7+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, ideally including S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, asset accounting, cost controlling, profitability analysis).
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
• 12+ years of SAP consulting experience with deep expertise in FI/CO and related finance solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale S/4HANA Finance transformations.
