SAP Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Manager to join a global consulting organization. You will lead engagements focused on designing and delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions leveraging SAP technologies. This is an opportunity to work with international clients across industries, driving digital transformation and supply chain excellence., * Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SCM solutions, including modules such as MM, PP, WM, EWM, IBP, or APO.

• Manage project teams and coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
• Support business development initiatives, including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning., We are looking for a Senior Manager in SAP SCM to shape and lead strategic supply chain transformation programs for top-tier clients. In this leadership role, you will drive business growth, manage large-scale programs, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders., * Lead large, complex SAP-enabled supply chain transformation projects from strategy through execution.
• Build strong client relationships at senior levels, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape solutions, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and grow the SAP SCM practice by mentoring talent and building new capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on supply chain processes.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

• 12+ years of SAP consulting experience, including leadership of large-scale SCM transformations.

• Track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages are desirable.
