Job description
- Design, plan, and execute social media content strategies (organic and paid).
- Manage and engage communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Skills in video marketing and basic video
- Create and maintain editorial calendars aligned with the brand strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and post performance (KPIs, engagement, conversion, and reach).
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Identify digital trends and propose innovative actions to improve user interaction.
- Manage social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Metricool).
- Plan and optimize agency resources.
- Review the tasks performed by the external agency and manage the timings to ensure everything is ready at the perfect time.
- Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with 3-5 years of professional experience managing digital communities. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our social media strategy to strengthen the brand's digital presence, increase audience engagement, and support marketing and business objectives., * Knowledge of SEO and SEM applied to social content.
Certifications in social media platforms or digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in campaign planning and performance analysis.
3-5 years of proven experience managing corporate social media accounts. Experience with influencer campaigns or content marketing. Languages: Spanish native and english fluent
