Support HR insights and reporting projects by ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. THIS IS YOU A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced proficiency with HR analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and HRIS solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), with a proven ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets while adhering to data security and confidentiality standards.
