Python Developer

• Contribute to the design and implementation of a next-generation AI-driven healthcare application;
• Build and optimize the self-performance system of the app;
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and technical architect to shape the platform's core architecture;
• Work across a compact, high-performing team (2-4 people) to deliver clean, scalable, and secure code;
• Take ownership of architecture, performance, and deployment across multiple services;
• Help transform the bridge between AI assistants and medical professionals, automating medical report generation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 7-8 years of experience in software development;
• Strong background in Python, DDD, and Microservices architecture;
• Experience with RAG pipelines, MCP, and AI integrations;
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, DevOps, code security, and system logic;
• Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in startup environments;
• Fluent English (C1) and willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings;
• Knowledge of other back-end languages is a plus!
