We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in designing complex software solutions and a deep understanding of software architecture patterns and SOLID principles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using GitHub Copilot, including practical knowledge of its advantages and limitations, and be able to provide guidelines and best practices for its effective use. Key Responsibilities * Guide and support 50 Technical Leads from various teams in implementing specific DevOps automated processes. * Conduct individual meetings to explain required steps, including testing procedures and pipeline job additions. * Instruct Technical Leads on how to document and maintain evidence of task completion. * Schedule follow-up meetings to verify successful implementation of tasks. * Collaborate with the DevOps Lead to address any technical questions or issues. * Track progress and report on task completion to ensure deadlines are met. Required Skills and Experience * Several years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in complex software system design. * Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and SOLID principles. * Proven, long-term experience working with GitHub Copilot. * Ability to write clear usage guidelines and provide practical advice on tool usage. * Proactive, autonomous, and persistent with excellent communication skills. * Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus. Additional Information Location: Barcelona. On-site presence required Wednesdays and Thursdays at the office. Experience Several years (typically 5+ years) of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer, designing and delivering complex software solutions across diverse systems. Proven track record of successfully using GitHub Copilot over an extended period, with a thorough understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools and platforms. Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring technical leads or software engineers, especially in implementing automated DevOps processes. Job Responsibilities * Coordinate and conduct individual meetings with 50 Technical Leads to explain and guide them through the implementation of automated DevOps processes. * Review and communicate documented milestones and detailed steps required for process implementation. * Provide clear instructions on how Technical Leads should capture and maintain evidence of task completion. * Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings to verify that the required steps have been properly executed. * Collaborate closely with the DevOps Lead to address any questions, technical issues, or challenges raised by the Technical
