Collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to solve challenging problems. Mentor and support other engineers as the team grows. Contribute to shaping the Madrid AI capability from the ground up. Experience & Skills: 1-3+ years' practical AI/ML/DS engineering experience; exceptional candidates considered even with ~1 year. Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Maths, or Physics; AI/ML Master's desirable. Hands-on experience delivering NLP/LLM projects. Prior AI/ML/DS engineer roles with real project delivery. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Industry background open; big tech or consulting experience preferred.
