Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity, ideally at architecture or consultancy level
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML security architecture and threat modelling
  • Deep understanding of AI algorithms, data security, and adversarial machine learning
  • Strong grasp of ethical AI frameworks, governance, and compliance standards
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or SABSA preferred
  • Cloud security experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Must be eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance

This team sits at the forefront of secure digital transformation, helping clients navigate emerging AI security challenges, from model integrity and data privacy to adversarial threats and ethical governance. What you'll be doing * Defining and delivering enterprise-level AI/ML security strategy and architecture * Designing secure AI/ML models, pipelines, and cloud infrastructures across Azure, AWS and GCP * Leading complex AI risk assessments, adversarial testing, and governance initiatives * Embedding ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 27001) * Influencing senior stakeholders on secure AI adoption and architecture decisions
