SCIB RAPID Project: Power Platform Developer We're looking for a Power Platform Developer to join the RAPID Team, a digitalisation group within the SCIB COO function, focused on automating manual processes and driving digital transformation across the business. Start: ASAP Location: Madrid (Hybrid - 3 days on-site) Language: English - Fully fluent About the Role The RAPID Team is seeking skilled and proactive Power Platform professionals who are ready to contribute to our automation and innovation journey within Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB). Essential Skills & Knowledge Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell (min. 2 years). Minimum 4 years of overall IT development experience. Solid knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint) and web technologies. Experience with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Oracle. Familiar with GitLab, GitHub, and Python. Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. Analytical mindset and design-thinking approach. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Desirable Skills & Knowledge Previous experience in Investment Banking environments. Spanish language skills are a plus.
