Job description
We're searching for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, evolution, and performance of our global e-commerce platforms. As a key member of our IT Direct-to-Consumer team, you'll be a strategic bridge between business vision and technical execution-driving innovation, scalability, and world-class digital experiences., * Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Design for Growth: Architect and evolve our Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform for flexibility, scalability, and long-term success
- Deliver Omnichannel Excellence: Align global backend systems with local market requirements to create seamless shopping experiences
- Stay Ahead: Anticipate industry trends, identify cutting-edge solutions, and push platform capabilities to the next level
- Manage Partnerships: Oversee external vendors and development partners, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and quality outcomes
- Optimize & Protect: Ensure platform uptime, manage SLAs, streamline ticketing and escalation processes, and maintain top-tier monitoring systems
- Integrate Seamlessly: Connect Salesforce Commerce Cloud with our broader ecosystem-Salesforce Core Cloud/Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud, SAP, iPaaS, PIM/DAM, payment providers, analytics tools, and more
- Champion CI/CD & DevOps: Use automation, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices to keep delivery pipelines smooth and efficient
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce platform design and management, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (3-5 years). Experience with Shopify is a plus
- License in IT area, master preferred
- Technically Versatile: Deep knowledge of cross-system architecture and integration best practices
- Business-Savvy: Able to turn business needs into scalable, future-proof technical strategies.
- Vendor & Project Pro: Skilled in managing external partners and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget
- Global Communicator: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Spanish is a 'nice to have'
- Innovative Problem-Solver: Analytical, results-driven, and eager to push boundaries in e-commerce technology
- Culturally Aware: Comfortable working in diverse, international teams with strong intercultural awareness
